Is mainly going to be used as an archive of sorts for some of my photos. To kick things off, here are some pics I took of my backyard this spring.

This little guy I found buzzing around happily in our plum tree.

These two were taken a year or two ago, although we still have plenty of monarch butterflies around at the moment.

first up, an introduction

These are my beautiful babies,

Poppy

and KitKat.

They are both about ten or eleven years old. My brother and I got them from the SPCA in 2001. My Mum said at the time;

"You can't take two kids to the SPCA and expect to come home with only one pet!"

At least they get on quite well together.
